Saskatchewan’s Air Ambulance program flies over 3,000 trips yearly in aid of seriously ill Saskatchewan people.

Starting a new job can often have employees feeling unsure about the workplace and the norms and dynamics of that workplace, not to mention learning new roles, tasks and duties.

Providing effective orientation/onboarding for new employees will help them learn the facets of their job and the workplace more quickly, thereby reducing an employee's stress, as well as costs associated with bringing the new employee up to speed.
